When you get right down to it how much does this game come down to skill? Don't get me wrong, I love the game but i've been half-heartdly playing for ages and when I concentrate it's about the same result as when i'm watching a dvd.

I've had huge set ups that would lead to gold if it wasn't for that eleusive purple potion at the last minute or last twenty turns! This happened to anyone else?

I know what ya mean, and i think its about 50/50, like poker or something, you can have the best game in the world and get that one green and totally blow it, or get the best pieces in rows ever, but have a totally off day and botch it still

They never give enough TNT Either. I'd go alot longer if they threw in more of those.

I can understand where alot of the game is luck, but when it comes down to it, there's a good amount of skill involved, too. For instance, keeping your ingredients grouped with the ones that they are close to on the transformation table. If you didn't do that, you would have much less of a chance to get the right ingredients together when they transform. There's also little tricks like knowing that ingredients shift towards the left when they transform. That helped me a ton when I found it out. There's alot of little tricks like that.
